Blake Escudier is the principal owner and director of services for Entrepanalysis. Over the past 20 years Blake has been an employee, contractor, partner, and business owner. His background is diverse and has focused on multiple marketing and management functions of business.
He has worked with over 500 small business owners from start-up to divestiture. Blake helps discover the right questions and guides the owner on a critical path towards situational solutions based on desired objectives.
Blake's work history started in the United States Nuclear Navy and transitioned to international import/export systems as one of the first users of electronic paperless transactions with United States Customs. After completing an MBA at Loyola University he was employed by Quincy Jones Broadcasting where he won a national award from FOX Broadcasting for the development of promotions utilizing the value of FOX's audience.
Entrepreneurship for Blake started in New Orleans as he helped designed a Sports Agency to own, manage and market sport properties. Blake created national marketing sponsorship programs for events such as Superboat Racing, Grand Prix, National Flag Football Championships, and a Women's 10K race. He worked with event properties and individuals to raise sponsorship funds for sporting events and for personal sporting careers.
For a change of lifestyle, Blake took over the business management of a winery and vineyard in Washington State. Here he applied his skills for all functions of the business - from personnel, finances, retail and he developed a national marketing program for high end wines.
An opportunity arose where Blake was able to start teaching at the University level and his self-efficacy for situational analysis began to rise. A position with federally funded counseling offered him the opportunity to work with business owners and continue university instruction.
Career opportunity opened as Blake became the Director of Small Business Development for Northern California. This position required oversight management of contracted counseling and training programs with more than 5,000 annual clients.
Once again lifestyle choices caused change as Blake moved to Melbourne Australia due to his spouse's blossoming career. This move allowed Blake to complete his Ph.D. in Organization Management. Blake has started over 10 businesses and presently has 3 business projects under development in Melbourne.
A strong believer in giving back to a community in which he lives, Blake has been a member of many not-for-profit boards and has participated in a myriad of fund raising event committees.
